-When do we collect information?

We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, make a purchase, subscribe to a newsletter, fill out a form, open a support ticket or enter information on our site. We also collect information received from our desktop software – AppFalcon®. It sends the name and the uninstall info of each installed application on your computer to our servers and receives back additional information about the application as its latest version number, download links, uninstall info, alternatives, is it an unwanted software, etc. If the application is missing in our database, it is added for future analysis by our software engineers.

-How do we use your information?

Orman Kuza Ltd. collects your information in order to record and support your participation in the activities you select. We will use your e-mail address to send a confirmation and, if necessary, might use the other information to contact you for help to process the purchase or service you have selected.
